What We Collect

When you log in via SSO (Authentik), we receive and store:

  • User ID — your unique identifier from the identity provider
  • Name — your display name
  • Email — your email address
  • Groups — your group memberships (used for admin access)

What You Provide

You may optionally provide:

  • Profile bio and organization — visible on your public profile
  • Signal number — for Signal bot integration and notifications
  • Task content — task descriptions, submissions, comments

How We Use It

  • Authentication — to verify your identity and manage sessions
  • Task Exchange — to track task creation, claims, submissions, and reputation
  • Notifications — to send you alerts via your preferred channels
  • Leaderboard — reputation scores and task completion counts are public

Data Storage

  • Data is stored in Cloudflare D1 (SQLite) and KV within the Cloudflare network
  • Sessions are stored in Cloudflare KV with automatic expiration (7 days)
  • File attachments are stored in Cloudflare R2

Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your data with third parties. Your data is only shared:

  • With other community members as part of the task exchange (task content, comments, profile)
  • With the Signal bot service when you opt in to Signal notifications
  • With AI services when you use the "AI Enhance" feature (task title and description only)

Your Rights

  • You can view and edit your profile information at any time
  • You can control notification preferences in Settings
  • Contact an admin to request data deletion
